Master the Steps to Effective Social Impact

The RESIST project team invites participants to a three-phase webinar series designed to bring clarity, structure, and momentum to social impact strategies for 2026. The series supports impact-oriented organisations in moving from intention to implementation with focus and consistency.

1. Preparatory Phase – Feel Like a Student Again

Tuesday, 13 January 2026
16:00–17:00 CET | 17:00–18:00 EET

This preparatory phase is designed to activate focus on social innovation.

It includes an introductory session, a practical task to map the organisational ecosystem, and reflective homework that supports the translation of insights into action. The phase creates a grounded starting point and sets the foundation for strategic thinking throughout the programme.

2. Strategy Phase – A Trilogy for 2026

This core phase supports the structured development of an impact strategy through three interconnected and practice-oriented sessions:

Session 1: Theory of Change

Wednesday, 28 January 2026
15:00–17:30 CET | 16:00–18:30 EET

This session focuses on developing a clear theory of change and connecting activities to long-term social impact.

Session 2: Impact Indicators

Monday, 2 February 2026
15:00–17:00 CET | 16:00–18:00 EET

Participants explore how to identify and select meaningful indicators to measure progress and outcomes that matter.

Session 3: Implementation System

Wednesday, 4 February 2026
15:00–17:30 CET | 16:00–18:30 EET

This session addresses the design of an implementation system that aligns everyday routines, structures, and responsibilities with strategic goals.

All strategy sessions are interactive, practical, and tailored to the needs of impact-driven organisations.

3. Support Phase – Continuing the Journey Together

Developing an impact strategy is understood as an ongoing process. Following the three strategy sessions, the project team continues to hold space through facilitated follow-ups and optional check-ins. These are adapted to organisational contexts and needs, supporting reflection, adjustment, and sustained progress.

In Safe Hands

The series is facilitated by Paula Cukura, who brings more than eight years of experience in social innovation and organisational strategy. She guides the process, holds the learning space, and supports participants throughout all phases of the journey.

The most challenging step is often the decision to engage in strategic development work. This series creates a structured and supportive environment for strengthening social impact in 2026.
