MI-RAP Transmission Event at Viva Sounds in Gothenburg
12 December 2025
On 28 November, project partners Göteborg & Co and Music Estonia hosted a MI-RAP Transmission Event during the Viva Sounds club and showcase festival at Pustervik in Gothenburg, bringing together around 45 participants from the local, regional, and international music ecosystem. The session introduced MI-RAP – A Toolbox for Music Ecosystem Resilience, showcasing how the project strengthens a more resilient music sector. Participants were guided through MI-RAP’s three core areas — skills and labour, innovation and networks, and sustainability — and explored practical tools such as the Lateral Entry Programme, the TechTrack music tech programme, and methods for organising disposable-free events. The event also presented the upcoming Transmission Programme, inviting participants to engage further with the MI-RAP solution. A networking breakfast created an open and collaborative atmosphere, offering space for discussion, reflection, and new connections across the music community
