CCC project Pre-Commercial Procurement - Qestions and Answers
12 December 2025
On 9 December, the CCC project team organised a webinar on the Pre-Commercial Procurement (PCP) launched within the project. During the webinar, project representatives explained the PCP process, the required documentation, and the cities’ needs in more detail.
You can find the recording of the webinar here: https://youtu.be/HH_nI8aPI0g
In addition, we have prepared a Q&A document with answers to all PCP-related questions received so far.
PCP is an innovation-driven process designed to bring ambitious ideas that are not yet on the market closer to reality. Through the PCP call for tenders, the CCC project is seeking creative Research and Development (R&D) service providers to help cities design, prototype, and test new solutions that make circular lifestyles easier and more accessible for everyone.
We are seeking solutions for 2 challenges:
Challenge 1
Create an easy-to-use, shared platform that connects citizens with circular services — making it simple for people to find, choose, and use sustainable services.
Challenge 2
Develop a citywide, interoperable system that eliminates single-use items (like cups, plates, cutlery) at public events.
