Webinar on Food Tourism in the Baltic Sea Region November 2025

The Food Tourism in the Baltic Sea Region webinar, jointly organised by the EUSBSR Policy Area Tourism and the Interreg Baltic Sea Region BASCIL project, was a resounding success. This insightful online event, held on 19 November 2025, brought together 100 passionate practitioners, experts, and regional entrepreneurs to explore how local heritage, innovation, and sustainability intersect in food tourism across the Baltic Sea Region.

The presentations showcased how BASCIL project helped small-scale food producers develop their businesses in the direction of tourism by offering farm experiences, tastings, workshops, and other activities.

Diana Danilda, project coordinator at lead partner Krinova gave a presentation about Practical Tools for Local Food Tourism Development Through International Cooperation. And piloting companies from Estonia, Lithuania and Poland that shared their success stories.
