Reusable service packaging and bulks at schools in Copenhagen

In collaboration with the Change(K)now! project partner Municipality of Copenhagen, 5 schools in Copenhagen implemented reusable service packaging and bulks as a final test run for full implementation.
System tested:
- RFID-enabled reusable containers in Copenhagen’s EAT programme
Aim:
- To implement reusable service packaging at schools.
Results:
The pilot demonstrated that reusable food containers can be implemented in institutional catering when supported by data and strong stakeholder collaboration.
