Polish INTERREG Projects Connect in Warsaw
23 October 2025
On October 10, 2025, Polish partners of the GYPREG project showcased their work at a national meeting in Warsaw dedicated to INTERREG initiatives. Organized by the Polish Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, the event brought together representatives from regional and local governments, central institutions, universities, research institutes, private companies, and NGOs.
Fostering collaboration for sustainable agriculture
The GYPREG team presented the project’s core objective: improving soil health and reducing phosphorus runoff in agriculture through the use of gypsum as a soil additive. Attendees were briefed on the technical solutions developed, the stakeholder groups engaged, and the environmental benefits of the approach.
Beyond the presentations, the meeting offered valuable opportunities for networking and collaboration. Participants exchanged insights, discussed project outcomes, and explored future partnerships to advance sustainable agricultural development and environmental protection.
