Holistic Framework for Successful Development of Nature-based Solutions

Welcome to City Blues' conference on 25-26 September 2025 to learn how nature-based solutions can be applied holistically to benefit both human well-being and the environment. The Conference consists of professional sessions on both days, excursions, workshops and a festive dinner in the evening on September 25. Covered themes are:

• Holistic planning and multifunctional solutions for climate adaptation approach and NBS model
• Ecological and biological impacts - exploring various strategies and solutions for enhancing biodiversity
• Socio-Economic and political dimensions of NBS (investments, governance, co-benefits, stakeholder involvement).

The conference is open to anyone interested but is particularly suited to those working with nature-based solutions in the public or private sector, as researchers or as part of civil society.

Program and info

The participant fee is DKK 1400 including meals and festive dinner. Students participate to a reduced cost of DKK 800. Accommodation and travel expenses are not included in the fee, means that the cost of staying at the accommodation is separate from the main fee you're paying.
