MI-RAP Partners Meet-Up in Tallinn

From April 2 to 5, the MI-RAP project team met in Tallinn to work on the next steps of the project and connect with the local creative industry. Hosted by Music Estonia, the meeting brought together all partners from across the Baltic Sea Region.

The first two days focused on the internal development of MI-RAP tools. A key topic was the upcoming project website: what it should offer, who it’s for, and how it can be made as useful as possible. In group sessions, partners collected ideas, shared materials, and clarified who’s in charge of each topic in the coming weeks. Other sessions dealt with how to integrate pilot project results into the overall solution, how to handle communication and visibility, and how to define success for MI-RAP.

On April 4 and 5, MI-RAP became part of Tallinn Music Week. The team presented the project in various formats, including a roundtable on innovation in the music industry and the final pitches of the TechTrack program. A joint networking event hosted by Hamburg Music and TechTrack offered the chance to connect with local stakeholders, international guests, and industry professionals in a more informal setting.
