The 4th RSG meeting

On February 18th, 2025, the 4th Regional Stakeholder Group (RSG) meeting of the BSR DeepTech Launch project was held online, gathering key participants including project partners, stakeholders, and experts.

The session focused on recent activities, especially a series of exploratory workshops for students and young scientists. The presentation highlighted workshop methods, engagement levels, and key survey findings—offering valuable insights to improve future sessions. Project KPIs were also reviewed, measuring outreach, participation, and impact.

A guest expert from the OD4Growth project shared how open data can drive innovation and support deep tech startups, underlining the importance of data-driven strategies and policy support.

A dynamic discussion followed, covering topics such as:

• Enhancing and adapting workshop content,
• Expanding outreach through digital and university channels,
• Promoting entrepreneurial thinking from early education,
• And refining impact measurement tools.

The meeting concluded with a shared commitment to improving student engagement and shaping future project activities based on stakeholder input.
