Meet-Up in Oslo

On October 30-31, 2024, MI-RAP partners gathered in Oslo for their third partnership meeting hosted by Musikkontoret MØST to exchange insights, share progress, and plan the next steps in the project.

Day 1:
The first day kicked off at Sandvika with interactive icebreaker activities, followed by testbed presentations from Gothenburg & Co and Music Estonia, where partners showcased key developments and addressed questions. After a guided tour of Sandvika Studios and lunch, partners brainstormed multimedia website strategies and explored shared challenges during presentations from Open Creative House and Music Latvia. The day ended with dinner and networking.

Day 2:
The second day shifted to Gamlebyen Loft and opened with an evaluation session to reflect on progress and learnings from the project. Partners continued with presentations, including contributions from the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre and the Municipal Center for Culture in Bydgoszcz, which offered new ideas and innovative approaches. Afternoon sessions included brainstorming on how to disseminate the Draft Solution effectively (ensuring the project’s outcomes are impactful and accessible) and the final testbed presentations from Hamburg Music and MØST.
The meeting ended with closing remarks, leaving participants motivated to drive the MI-RAP project forward.
