MUNIMAP highlighted at the EU BSRS Annual Forum in Visby

MUNIMAP had the opportunity to present its approach to addressing the issue of munitions dumped in the Baltic Sea during the annual gathering for Baltic Sea Region collaboration, the EUSBSR Annual Forum, held in the beautiful town of Visby on Gotland, Sweden.
Our project was showcased in the Networking Village under Policy Area “Hazards,” which has supported our efforts from the start to effectively remediate underwater munitions, monitor pollutants, and harmonize the legal framework for managing these hazardous objects.
We extend our thanks to Louise Floman, PA “Hazards” coordinator, and Andriy Martynenko from the Council of the Baltic Sea States, one of our project partners, for their commitment to promoting our work!
