The 4C User Engagement and Participation Toolbox offers libraries and information providers a structured framework for co-creative processes, aimed at fostering meaningful conversations and relationships between users and partners. The process begins with defining objectives, then moves to identifying engagement types, assessing potential contributions, clarifying roles and responsibilities, and concludes with an evaluation phase.
