DistanceLAB provides tools for organizations in various situations. Behind them is the strong expertise of involved business developers and other professionals, combined with your organization’s insights and objectives through these tools. You won't get these results by googling!

These are among the questions being considered both locally and internationally in the DistanceLAB project. The development of remote tools has progressed to the testing phase, and companies and public organizations are invited to try out these tools and provide feedback. The tools are continuously developed and their benefits and impacts are studied based on the received feedback. Participation is free.

Through the DistanceLAB project, organizations also have the opportunity to strengthen their networks in the Baltic Sea region. Project partners are located in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Latvia, Lithuania, and Poland, and include a variety of development companies, startup incubators, and R&D organizations with extensive networks.

Tools at Your Disposal

The tools related to communication and innovation include online tests, workshops, guides, and web events. You can test your remote interaction skills at an individual level or your perspectives on co-creation capabilities at an organizational level. You have the opportunity to develop ideas or solve challenges in collaboration with organizations from various fields. We offer information on the use of digital tools and new technologies and how to utilize them in everyday work. You can also learn to organize networking events online.

The tools related to sustainability and remote business strategy development include checklists, online self-assessments and surveys, as well as tailored workshops. You can evaluate your management practices and receive recommendations for digitizing your operations and increasing sustainable actions. You can also design a sustainable business model that considers social, environmental, and economic aspects with the help of DistanceLAB tools.

The remote business strategy tools include workshops, online materials, mobile applications, calculators, and consultations. These tools help build and maintain long-term customer relationships and guide towards systematic customer relationship building. You can also learn about the aspects of cybersecurity that are particularly relevant in remote work. You can assess the effectiveness and relevance of your internationalization plans in real-life situations. Learn to adapt your job openings to suit remote work and take daily care of your remote employees’ well-being. DistanceLAB also offers tools for designing and implementing digital solutions within your organization, allowing you to assess the costs of digital solutions before making decisions.
