The CAIDX-project is happy to co-organise a conference session under the title “The potential of AI for the early diagnosis of Alzheimer's - research, law and political standardization” at the Baltic Sea Health Region Meeting (BSHR) on the 30th of May in Rostock, Germany.

We invited a group of experts that will shed light on the topic from a policy, law, research and clinical as well as a patient perspective. We are honored to have Mr. Ortwin Schulte, Ministerialrat at Permanent Representation of Germany to EU, Brussels, Prof. Dr. Mindaugas Kiškis from Vilnius, Lithuania, Managing Partner of Law firm INVENT and tenured professor of Mykolas Romeris University,  Maria Cavalli from Sweden, social entrepreneur and founder of Nadio Scandinavia AB which develops solutions for Alzheimer patients and their relatives and care givers, and Dr. Doreen Görß, physician and research associate for clinical dementia research at the German Center for Neurodegenerative Diseases (DZNE), Rostock.

The session will be moderated by Oliver Stenzel, vice-chair of ScanBalt and chair of the ScanBalt Digital Health Working Group.

It is still time to register for the session as well as for the National Conference on Health Economy. Participation is free of charge but by invitation only. A registration is required and interested participants will get an invitation if seats are available.

The Baltic Sea Health Region Meeting (BSHR) has established itself as a platform for networking with experts in the Baltic Sea region as an integral part of the National Conference on Health Economy. Since its foundation in 2011, it has become a tradition to organize this session together with ScanBalt, the network of health and life sciences in the Baltic Sea region. Together with the session of the partner country, it forms the international forum of the National Conference on Health Economy.
