The BSI_4Women Workshop Series, currently taking place from May 14-16, 2024, at ProtoMore Kunnskapspark in Molde, focuses on empowering women refugees by facilitating their entrepreneurial ventures. This series, supported by the Interreg Baltic Sea Region Programme, incorporates a range of interactive sessions. Highlights include Design Thinking approaches tailored to assist women in launching their businesses, detailed explorations of client journey development, and the integration of personal experiences into business strategies. Keynote speakers from Protomore and the Møre and Romsdal County Council, among others, provide valuable insights and guidance. The workshops also delve into investment preparations and strategies to enhance migrant work inclusion, aiming to build a resilient and inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystem in the Baltic Sea region.
