2nd Interregional Steering Committee part 1

On December 15, 2023, the 2nd ISC of the BSR DeepTech Launch project was held on the Zoom platform. All project partners were invited to the meeting, and 10 people directly participated.

The 2nd ISC meeting was held to jointly develop the Survey "Survey of Pre-Incubation Needs of Students and Young Scientists" to determine their needs and awareness of available support tools. At the same time, the PPs agreed that the survey would include suggestions for tools aimed at students and young scientists, so that it could be determined which of the proposed solutions would prove useful. The survey (questionnaire) will reveal existing gaps in each region's offerings, so one more meeting is needed to clarify and narrow down the questions in the questionnaire.

The following findings were made during the meeting:

1. Each partner is to collect at least 3 good practices.
2. Each partner is to hold 2 RSGs to discuss the tools taken away, supplement them with possible new tools, and final selection of 2 tools from each category to be distributed to the other partners. A second RSG meeting is scheduled for January 15, 2024 to discuss with partners the tools selected by each region.
3. Each partner is to complete a good practice template for each tool.
