The partners of the Blue Green Bio Lab Project are excited to announce that the project toolkit is now ready to download and read!

“After only a little over a year the partners in this project have learned a lot and developed a wealth of knowledge to share with other organizations. It is amazing how much we accomplished together in such a short time! We hope our experiences can benefit others in their work to initiate discussions around bio-industrial symbiosis” says Lead Partner, Cathy Stummann from Skive Municipality in Denmark.

The toolkit provides a step-by-step approach to starting up important discussions about resource use in circular systems. Each step includes a set of briefs, which highlight both the transnational learning among the partneres and details on the experiences in the project from each of the project countries.

Thine Hahnbak from the Climate Foundation Skive also looks forward to the learning process in the final months of the project, explaining “we are in the process of finalizing our program for the online final conference for the project. We are developing a program to actively engage participants and gain new perspectives about tackling the challenges and finding opportunities to catalyze bio-industrial symbiosis to achieve business development, climate and environmental goals.”

The final conference for the Blue Green Bio Lab Project will be March 5th from 9:00 – 11:30 am. So save the date!
