Description

During the three-day event in Riga Swedish and Latvian project partners will jointly visit the pilot lake Velnezers. The aim is to discuss and plan the necessary preparation works for ALUM water treatment next year. Also, partners Latvian Institute of Aquatic Ecology and the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences will jointly carry out regular lake water monitoring and collect new sediment samples. These tasks are a prerequisite for accurate dose modeling and successful lake treatment.
