Written by Anna Zaccaro

Join us at the Fehmarnbelt Days 2025 on June 14-16, where Interreg Deutschland-Danmark, Interreg North Sea, and Interreg Baltic Sea will showcase the power of cross-border cooperation at our joint stand

The Fehmarnbelt Days 2025 will transform Lübeck’s Traveufer into a vibrant space for exchange, ideas, and connection. Under the motto ‘Stronger Together’, this event, taking place from June 14th to 16th, is intended to celebrate German-Scandinavian friendship and brings together local institutions, projects, and communities to show just how impactful working beyond borders can be.

What to expect

With projects as the main focus at our booth, representatives from our Programme, along with representatives from Interreg Deutschland-Danmark and Interreg North Sea, will be at the heart of the Fehmarnbelt Days, showcasing the tangible impact of #MadeWithInterreg cooperation. From 14th to 15th June, visitors to our stand will have the opportunity to hear firsthand about the benefits of Interreg projects on communities around the region. Through personal stories and real-world examples, our joint stand will showcase how Interreg is shaping a more united, sustainable, and resilient Europe.

Why visit our stand?
  • Inspiring Conversations: Experts and project leaders will discuss the benefits of transnational and cross-border cooperation, sharing insights on ongoing initiatives.
  • Project Insights: Get an inside look at how Interreg projects are making a real difference in the region, from climate response to social inclusion.
  • Hands-On Learning: Explore how cooperation works in practice, see how ideas are turned into action, and discover how your community can benefit.

This event is more than just a festival; it is your chance to engage with the people and projects that are driving European cooperation forward. It is your opportunity to see firsthand how small steps across borders are making a big impact on communities.

Join us at the Fehmarnbelt Days to experience the power of transnational cooperation and discover how you can be part of the change. Whether you’re a local or a visitor, whether you’re coming alone or with family, this is an event not to be missed.
