Subsidy contract

The subsidy contract is a grant agreement between the contracting authority (Managing Authority/Joint Secretariat) and the lead partner. It sets up the legal framework for the commitment of funds and lays down the conditions for the project implementation.

Contracts

Partnership agreement

Once the subsidy contract is signed, the lead partner will need to sign an agreement with its project partners. The agreement will help the lead partner to lay down mutual agreements and arrangements for the project implementation and fulfilment of the agreed tasks. The lead partner and the project partners should follow the Programme Manual and indicate the minimum requirements of the partnership agreement. However, the lead partner can customize the agreement´s clauses to the needs of each project partner.
