Consultation meeting in Braniewo 10.06.2025

Consultation meeting within WaterMan project in Braniewo was held at 10.06.2025. It was a meeting to discuss with citizens, local organizations and municipal companies Strategy assumptions.
Strategy created in the WaterMan project concerns the adaptation of the City of Braniewo to the effects of climate change.
The programme included lectures on, among others:
- Non-formal education and activities increasing ecological awareness – which are workshop for pupils form schools located in Braniewo;
- WaterMan project assumptions
- Modelling urban storm sewers in the context of climate change and adaptation activities,
- Multifunctional retention beds,
- Recycling swimming pool water,
- Examples of solutions from other cities in the Baltic Sea region,
- Municipal Adaptation Plan to climate change.
