In the second episode of the SmartAging podcast, we hear from our partner Ikigaia Ltd about the purpose behind the project, and its inspiring connection to the Japanese philosophy of ikigai and meaningful, dignified living. CEO/Founder Mikko Ruuska and project manager Pasi Rantanen explore how creativity can flourish at every stage of life, and how assisted living can evolve into vibrant community hubs that support purpose, connection, and care. By the end of this project, we hope to proudly say: “Man, I can’t wait to get old, I want to move into those homes already!”
