PestSpace presented at the “Rural Development 2025” Conference

At the 12th International Scientific Conference “Rural Development 2025: Resilience to Global Change”, held in Kaunas, Lithuania, Professor Małgorzata Jędryczka, from the Institute of Plant Genetics, Polish Academy of Sciences, presented the talk entitled “Improving resilience to the spread of plant diseases via a regional Pest Common Data Space.”
Technical details

The presentation introduced the objectives of the project. It highlighted the concept of a shared data space for the Baltic Sea Region aimed at strengthening cooperation and data integration to improve preparedness and response to plant pest and disease threats.

The initiative contributes to building resilience in the agricultural sector by enabling better knowledge exchange among regional partners.
