Let’s get started! PestSpace kicks off with great energy!

The kick-off meeting of the PestSpace project took place on April 1st at the University of Tartu, the leading partner institution. It brought together 15 participants representing partner organizations from Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland.

The meeting was a great opportunity for the partners to introduce their institutions and current work, and to plan the activities ahead – both in the field and in the lab.

The day also included a hands-on PlutoF GO workshop, where participants learned how to use the mobile app to collect field data and images of pathogens and pests – an essential tool for what’s coming next!

This is just the beginning – we’ll be sharing the story of the PestSpace project as it unfolds. Stay tuned for updates from the field, the lab, and everything in between!
