  3. Toolbox: What kind of materials & support should be offered and in which form?
  4. National & international dissemination: What are the main target groups & messages? Which events & media could be used for reaching out to them?

The panel will be divided into five thematic segments: a short theoretical introduction, working in three groups, summing up by participants, Q&A, and summing up from moderations.
