The Green Food Festival Hamburg

On September 14 and 15 in the Oberhafen the Green Food Festival took place during the Open Mouth Food Festival.

During the Open Mouth Festival in Hamburg, the Green Food Festival featured the sustainable stories and pioneers in organic farming, regenerative farming, waste solutions, new sustainable food products and much more. The authorities for Climate, Environment, Agriculture , and Energy once again supported the Green Food Festival where Claudia Albert and her team put together a welcoming and informative program and set of exhibitors.

Within the KISMET Interreg Baltic Region grant we took the opportunity to interview the exhibitors and have created a series called “Your Favorite Foods” – from Regenerative and Organic farming to Michelin star sauces and fermented kimchi, Eva Keretic (Founder of the Foodworks Association and the Future Food Campus Hamburg) explored the sustainable products and stories. The series is set up in episodes and we invite you learn more about the people behind the scenes.

Eva also spoke about KISMET and presented the partners film as well as the Future Food Campus and the progress behind developing regenerative technologies for planet positive production. Check out the video series for more (linked below).
