Creating and Collaborating – Highlights from the consortium meeting in Vantaa

22 September 2025
Technical details

On 15–17 September 2025, the project consortium partners met in Vantaa, Finland to review progress and plan upcoming activities.

The project’s idea — connecting households, services, and municipalities in a circular Town-Home-Service triangle — guided the sessions. Partners shared updates on what has been done so far and worked together to better understand who to reach and how.

One of the highlights was a World Café session where participants explored what they want from municipalities. The idea was to better understand municipal needs and rethink how to communicate them.

During the meeting, the team visited the Jalotus Circular Economy Center in Kerava, which features a small farm alongside its circular services. Jalotus focuses on practical solutions like repairing and exchanging goods while fostering community engagement.
