Ksawery Kuligowski Highlights Sustainable Biogas Solutions at Local Conference
Technical details

On January 28th, Ksawery Kuligowski, WP2 Leader of the EU Interreg BSR core project CiNURGi, participated in a local conference dedicated to sustainable development. During the event, he emphasized the significant benefits of utilizing digestate from planned biogas plants as a safe, efficient, and natural fertilizer for agricultural use.

The conference gathered experts, local authorities, and stakeholders from municipalities such as Potęgowo—home to a 2.4 MW biogas plant since 2013—Człuchów, and Czarne. Discussions centered on both existing and future biogas investments in the Pomeranian region, highlighting the importance of transparency and community engagement in the planning process.

A special acknowledgment was given to Piotr Zabrocki, Mayor of Czarne Municipality, for his invitation and for providing a platform to share insights on sustainable agricultural practices and renewable energy solutions.
