Transnational BSR Demo-Day in Poland

We are still overwhelmed with emotions after the incredible Transnational BSR Demo-Day on May 21, 2025 in Poland.
Technical details
It was a truly special event, full of energy, inspiration, and hope. Despite the scale—many people involved and countless hours of hard work—what remains in our hearts are only positive emotions and unforgettable impressions.
An international delegation from Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Estonia, Lithuania, and Latvia arrived in Rzeszow, Poland, alongside amazing Ukrainian refugee women – winners of the Regional Demo-Days in their respective countries. And the business ideas they presented? Absolutely mind-blowing!
Let’s celebrate the courage and creativity of these incredible women:
From Lithuania:
  • Tatiana Khudyk, Olena Bondaruk, and Anna Studnikova presented:
    • “OKSAMYT”, a beauty salon as a unique space for women,
    • “ViLena”, an online store combining timeless elegance and modern consciousness in jewelry,
    • “Šventė su Siela”, an event agency dedicated to warm, heartfelt family celebrations.
From Latvia:
  • Yelizaveta Yapryntseva shared “TRUCK DREAMS”, specialized bedding tailored for truck beds.
  • Olena Mornieva introduced “Eshyoga”, offering Tantra and yoga classes to harmonize body, mind, and soul.
From Sweden:
  • Alina Shynkar showcased “Reppa”, a sustainable tool rental service through smart lockers.
  • Katerina Diuzhenko presented a translation, interpretation, and cultural consultancy service.
From Norway:
  • Olha Kazymir introduced SpaceVR for EdTech, making learning exciting through VR technology in classrooms and industries.
From Estonia:
  • Dariia Osiik created a digital space empowering Ukrainian women.
🇵🇱 From Poland:
  • Tetyana Slobodeniuk presented Hot Air Balloon, offering unforgettable scenic flights for breathtaking experiences.
  • Alla Kostitsyna shared the idea of a café with large tables for board games, blending a cozy atmosphere with the joy of playing together.
Congratulations to all the event participants for their great presentations and passion, especially to our 3 winners for their interesting and scalable business ideas:

We are so proud that the BSI_4Women project has become a powerful platform for refugee and migrant women to transform their business ideas into concrete plans, pitch them to a broad audience and experts, and continue their entrepreneurial journey.
But this is not the end! The project offers individual consultations, workshops, and specialized business support as part of the incubation program.
The Transnational BSR Demo-Day wasn’t just an event—it was a celebration of connections, diversity, and hope. Together, we are building a community of inspiring refugee and migrant women across the Baltic Sea region, sharing experiences, and creating a brighter future.
