Descending into History

The trip began with a guided tour led by knowledgeable guides who escorted the group down a 110-meter-long staircase into the old personnel shaft of the mine. This descent itself was an adventure, as it set the stage for the incredible sights and experiences that awaited below ground.

Experiencing the Great Hall

Upon reaching the depths of the mine, the group traversed winding tunnels and corridors, illuminated by the flickering light of torches. The journey led them to the Great Hall, a vast and awe-inspiring chamber. Here, the grandeur of the mine was on full display, creating an atmosphere of wonder and amazement. The torchlight accentuated the hall’s rugged beauty, revealing the intricate rock formations and echoing the whispers of history.
