Plant sets for sensory garden
27 November 2025
This sensory path arranges plants chosen for clear tactile, aromatic, visual and gustatory roles: soft lamb’s ear and fountain grass invite touch; lavender, sage, catmint and thyme release scent when brushed; purple coneflower, rudbeckia and sedum provide vivid visual anchors through seasons; wild strawberry adds an edible memory. The layout layers low edge herbs, mid tactile zones and taller floral focal points to guide exploration, calm the mind and stimulate sensory learning.
