Materials for Virtual relaxation
24 October 2025
Virtual Relaxation is a virtual reality-based activity designed for children to practice calming breathing exercises in immersive, multisensory environments. Using VR-goggles, players can choose between a soothing Night Forest or a peaceful Sunny Lake, where animals and a glowing dandelion guide them through simple breathing techniques. The experience is stationary, allowing children to remain still while focusing on relaxation, self-awareness, and stress reduction in a playful and engaging way.
