Sand therapy is a subtle yet highly effective method that allows children to explore their inner world through creativity, relax, and find solutions to
emotional challenges.
Goals:
- Help children express emotions without words
- Strengthen self-awareness and identity development
- Improve fine motor skills through sensory play
- Enhance social skills through real-life role scenarios
- Foster creativity by encouraging free and imaginative play
- Provide parents and educators with an additional tool to better understand and support children
