Round goby tasting event in schools

Description

Kalmar Kommun and the RoundGoby project will organise three tasting events in schools and kindergartens in Kalmar as part of the annual sustainability week. The round goby will be prepared in the school kitchens to show how this novel species can be a sustainable and healthy meal choice.
