Description

The EUSBSR Annual Forum 2026 Resilience Edition will bring together governments, cities, visionaries, policymakers, researchers, and civil society leaders with a shared mission: to jointly address the region’s most pressing challenges through stronger cross-sectoral cooperation, smarter coordination, and bold innovation.

REAVES is organising an interactive Workshop on the question of "Creative Economy ecosystems in the BSR – What regions can gain from a deeper connection and active cooperation". Smart specialisation strategies (S3) would greatly benefit from embracing the Creative Economy (CE). Retaining young talents, creating new jobs, fostering thriving start-ups, participatory communities, attractive education centres – how can public authorities activate change and success? In our workshop, we place the focus on how public authorities can help activate the industries’ potential for their region and drive innovation in the framework of the quadruple helix?
