Description

The BSI_4Women programme, supported by the Interreg Baltic Sea Region programme, gave brave female-led teams the opportunity to develop their business ideas – from natural sweets and eco-friendly handicrafts to an innovative media platform for Ukrainian women abroad. Over six months, participants took part in hands-on workshops, online learning modules, and one-on-one mentoring sessions, gaining the tools and confidence to take their first steps as entrepreneurs.

Through training, mentorship, and a supportive transnational network, BSI_4Women strengthened the economic independence of refugee women and facilitated their integration into new communities.

This final event is for anyone interested in women’s empowermententrepreneurshiprefugee integration, and supporting newcomers in building sustainable businesses. Expect a day full of shared experiences, expert insights, and networking opportunities.
