EUSBSR Annual Forum 2025 Sopot, Poland

Welcome to the EUSBSR Annual Forum - one of the largest pan-Baltic cooperation events in the Baltic Sea Region! Our forum plays an essential role in bringing together stakeholders from across the region to collaborate on addressing common challenges and supporting the implementation of the EUSBSR’s objectives.

Please note that each participant is responsible for researching the necessary requirements for their entry into Poland. The organisers are not in a position to issue formal invitation letters to participants other than select invitees such as speakers, panellists or moderators. The organisers are not responsible for the outcome of a participant’s visa application.

The host for the Annual Forum 2025 is the Pomorskie Voivodeship and the Forum is organised together with the Council of the Baltic Sea States Secretariat (CBSS) in close collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Republic of Poland and the Baltic Sea Strategy Point. The event is funded by the Interreg Baltic Sea Region Programme, the Pomorskie Voivodeship and the Council of the Baltic Sea States Secretariat.
