EUSBSR Annual Forum 2024

The EU Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region Annual Forum 2024 gathers stakeholders from around the Baltic Sea for two days of dialogues, workshops and seminars about the Baltic Sea Region and its challenges. It will take place from 29 to 31 October 2024 in Visby, Sweden. This year's themes are sustainability, resilience and security. More info here !

As MA/JS of Interreg Baltic Sea Region, we co-organised one panel session and we will host one workshop during the event.

"Financing Cooperation in the Baltic Sea Region”, the panel discussion session, will introduce some of the larger financial instruments, including our Programme, that help implement the EUSBSR action plan: Interreg, ERDF, ESF+, Erasmus+, and the Swedish Institute at different cooperation stages. In addition, project partners from these programmes will share their experiences in developing solutions for the Baltic Sea region and connecting them to the EUSBSR. Join this session to learn more about funding opportunities now and in the future!

"Have Your Say on Interreg Funding in the Baltic Sea Region After 2027", our workshop, will be held during the second day of the Annual Forum, on 30 October 2024. Joins us to help shape the future of transnational and cross-border cooperation in the Baltic Sea region. Discuss the outcomes of stakeholder consultations, provide feedback, and elaborate on the needs and wishes for post-2027 programs. Your input will directly influence reports to the EU Commission and contribute to the update of the EUSBSR Action Plan.
