EU Green Week partner event: Circular Economy Breakfast

EU Green Week partner event - Circular Economy Breakfast, dedicated to the opportunities and responsibilities of the creative industries in promoting the circular economy.

The aim of the event is to identify opportunities for cooperation between the creative industries and public administration, as well as to learn about solutions and experiences in implementing the circular economy in urban environments. The discussion will also be part of the preparations for the Latvian Circular Economy Forum, which will take place on 5 November in Riga.

In the event participants will learn about the activities carried out by the Riga City Council to promote circular economy and hear about activities of the partners of the municipality - Latvian National theatre, the platform Tandeems which hosts digital events and competitions that focus on the urban environment, design, recycling, art, and innovation and the organisation Zero Waste Latvija.

The event is part of the Creative Circular Cities project, which is co-financed by the Interreg Baltic Sea Region programme 2021 - 2027.
