Development workshop: creating a high-quality project platform application

Are you developing a project platform idea in the first call for applications? Would you like to get support for creating a high-quality application?

Join us for a development workshop in Riga on 26 September! This one-day, in-person event will be led by the MA/JS of the Programme, from 9:30 to 16:00, and followed by individual consultations. We will guide you through the main features of the project platform instrument. We will have a presentation from the European Commission about the concept of operations of strategic importance, which the project platforms are. The workshop will also cover partnership requirements, outcomes and outputs, target groups and engagement strategy, and budget and financial issues. Practical exercises will help you further develop your project platform idea.We will also include the information on the application, assessment, and selection process.

Remember that a project platform elevates collaboration among partners from Interreg Baltic Sea Region and other funding programmes, as well as further important organisations, by consolidating the project outcomes, boosting knowledge transfer, and influencing policy development. Project platforms will be set up as projects, with partners, a work plan, and a budget.

The first call for applications is now open and runs till 9 December 2024.

The space is limited to two representatives per project platform idea. We will confirm your participation upon receiving your project platform idea form (PIF). You will find the PIF template in the gateway for applicants. You may send an updated version of the PIF closer to the event if you wish. Additionally, we warmly welcome one coordinator per EUSBSR policy area. If space allows, we will admit additional participants.
