Workshop - Making Regeneration Happen: A Shared Vision and Action Agenda for Baltic Sea Region Tourism 

Vision
Using a Theory of Change approach, the workshop will co-create a shared vision for how tourism can strengthen places, empower communities, support local culture and nature, and deliver long-term value across the Baltic Sea Region.

Change
Together, participants will identify what needs to change in the way tourism is planned, supported and delivered, and define practical actions that different actors and organisations can take.

Action
The session will challenge participants to think beyond organisational and national boundaries, bridge the gap between aspirations and action, and contribute personal commitments towards a more inclusive, resilient and regenerative tourism future.

The workshop is facilitated by Carolina Olsson, Head of Culture Tourism and Project Manager for 3ST, Visit Skåne, Sweden, and the RegenT team

The event is the first of three pan-regional events organised 2026-2028. The outcomes of the session will be incorporated into the Regenerative Tourism Knowledge Hub being developed in the project.

A detailed programme will be published in October and shared with all registered participants.

Participation is free of charge. As places are limited and demand is expected to be high, we kindly ask participants to cancel their registration if travel plans change. This helps reduce food waste and allows others to attend.
