CompositeCircle kick-off meeting

The CompositeCircle project will begin with a multi-day kick-off meeting in Lappeenranta. This meeting brings together all project partners for the first time to align on the project’s goals, methods, and timeline. The programme includes work package sessions and planning discussions focused on practical implementation. In addition to working sessions, the programme includes opportunities to connect informally and build strong partnerships from the start.

Participants will also begin developing the communication, reporting, and collaboration routines that will guide the project. The kick-off sets the foundation for cross-border cooperation and supports a shared understanding of how to move from fragmented waste handling toward circular solutions.
