Flowing from the strategies of The European Commission we invite you to a workshop on Bio districts!

Description

Based on years of practice there are now more than 60 Bio districts in Europe and a growing network globally. Working with local food for local markets, short value chains, human relations, lifestyle, and respect for nature we will have a chance to explore the Guidelines and Toolkit on how to start and manage a Bio district, a Monitoring Tool, and practical examples.

 

Jostein Hertwig, President of Beras International Foundation working with Ekodistrikt Sörmland in Sweden will guide us through the process and opportunities for society.

 

We hope to inspire you in starting a Bio district at your place enhancing the inclusive transformation needed for the food system!
