Coffee with KISMET returns after the summer break with more interesting topics on sustainable food environments!

On the 5th of September, we are taking a closer look at plant-rich meals and will share insights and perspectives from Denmark🇩🇰 Our discussion will cover the background, collaboration, and implementation of plant-rich initiatives.

We are pleased to welcome speakers from:

👏🏻 The Danish Veterinary and Food Administration, responsible for the Official Dietary Guidelines;

👏🏻 The Danish Whole Grain Partnership, a collaborative effort among public and private entities with strong support from businesses and industry associations;

👏🏻  The Municipality of Odense, which is actively promoting plant-rich menus in public institutions and canteens.

This event is part of the @Interreg Baltic Sea project KISMET. It seeks to share information and inspiration with everyone interested in the benefits and strategies for incorporating more plant-rich options into our diets. We hope you can join us to hear from experts in the field and learn about how plant-rich meals can contribute to a healthier and more sustainable future.
