APRIORA Kick-off Meeting

In November, the project consortium will have its first physical meeting to kick off the three year implementation phase of APRIORA. During the first day, internal agreements and informations will be shared regarding project management, communication, financial management and responsibilities.

On the second day, the MA/JS introduces the consortium into the programme and project sysnergies. Afterwards, it is all about the partners, pilots and contents of APRIORA. Both partners and pilots re presented in detail, methodological approaches will be clarified, first steps of implementation will be defined and prioritized for all participants.
