Best pictures are made with Interreg!

15 Apr 2019

How to show the transnational cooperation, grasp the essence of a project or show the project result in just one picture? Interreg Baltic Sea Region projects have risen to the challenge and eagerly joined a photo competition. Best pictures by BalticLINes, IWAMA, HAZARD as well as the winner of the public vote, GoSmart BSR, gained visibility at the recent Interreg Baltic Sea Region Programme Conference. But there is more to come! Congratulations!

Pictures #MadeWithInterreg

One picture tells a thousand words. Following this maxim, all Interreg Baltic Sea Region projects were invited to share their best pictures fitting the three categories: “Cooperation”, “Your project in one picture” and “Your project result in use”.

Out of 43 images submitted in the competition, the jury of the Managing Authority/Joint Secretariat (MA/JS) selected one best picture in each category which were subsequently displayed during the Programme Conference and will decorate the premises of the MA/JS in Rostock. The pictures will also be proposed for the cover of the June edition of the PANORAMA magazine that will feature articles on benefits of transnational cooperation.

In parallel, all pictures submitted in the photo competition were shared with the Programme followers on Facebook for public voting. The most popular picture with the highest score turned out to be the by GoSmart BSR.
