2nd Workshop for Students and Young Scientists

22 Oct 2024

On 21/10/2024, in the Warsaw University of Technology Innovation Center we hosted thesecond of the three workshops for students and young scientists in technology entrepreneurship, “Turn Passion into Business” – “Your Business DIY”, hosted by Michal Lasocki of EEC Ventures. Our speakers were Filip Budny from MAGLY and Pawel Wienclaw from Syglass. We also had the honor of hosting Pawel Pisarczyk from Phoenix Systems as a special guest.

During the workshop, participants had the opportunity to learn about real life cases from startups, which included both success and failure stories. Through these valuable experiences, participants were able to gain practical tips on how to buy a company and the challenges they may encounter along the way.

The organizers of the workshop are PPTF – Polish Platform Technological Platform on Photonics and the Center for Entrepreneurship and Investment (Mazovia Development Agency S.A.). The workshop series is part of the BSR DeepTech Launch project, implemented under the Interreg Baltic Sea Region program.
