Help Us Shape a Risk Assessment Tool for Baltic Sea Heritage – Take Our Survey!
02 November 2026
As part of the ARCHER project (Interreg Baltic Sea Region), we have launched development work on a practical self-assessment risk tool dedicated to historic sites and cultural heritage assets. To ensure that the solution reflects real-world needs, we have opened a transnational survey addressed to practitioners, site managers, and experts across the Baltic Sea region.
Historic buildings and heritage sites face increasingly complex hazards – from climate-related impacts and extreme weather events to everyday operational and technical risks. The objective of ARCHER is to enhance local and regional resilience by equipping site managers with an accessible, structured self-assessment framework.
Who Should Participate?
We are seeking insights and practical feedback from professionals directly involved in heritage protection and risk governance:
-
Heritage site owners and facility managers,
-
Conservators, researchers, and cultural institution staff working in field of heritage
-
Risk assessment, civil protection, and emergency planning specialists.
Why Your Contribution Matters
Your responses will help identify current gaps in safety protocols, data management, and emergency preparedness. The gathered insights will directly guide the technical development and features of the upcoming ARCHER risk assessment tool, ensuring it remains actionable for sites throughout the Baltic Sea basin.
The questionnaire takes approximately 5-10 minutes to complete.
