#EURegionsWeek: What do regions and cities need from cross-border cooperation in the future?

Virtual event
Explore Interreg results and join the discussion on the future of cooperation after 2027

Description

How should Interreg evolve after 2027? What will regions and cities need from cross-border cooperation in the future?

This interactive webinar will explore both the achievements and the future of Interreg cooperation in the Baltic Sea region. Participants will learn about the concrete results and impacts of projects funded by the Interreg Central Baltic and Interreg Baltic Sea Region programmes during the 2021–2027 programming period and join a discussion on the future of regional cooperation.

A panel discussion bringing together programme representatives and regional stakeholders will explore what regions and cities need from cross-border cooperation. Participants from across Finland will have the opportunity to reflect on changing regional needs, shared challenges and new opportunities for cross-border cooperation.

The event is part of the EURegionsWeek “Close to You”- initiative, which brings the themes and discussions of the European Week of Regions and Cities to regions across Europe, strengthening dialogue, cooperation and participation across regions. The webinar will be held in Finnish.
