Partner meeting in Tallinn: Reviewing progress and planning ahead

During the meeting, partners shared updates from across the project, including the latest progress in the six Circular Ports pilots and the results and lessons learned so far. Looking ahead, the discussions focused on the next phases of the pilots, upcoming project activities and how the experiences and results from across the project will be brought together and shared. Partners also set timelines and priorities for the months ahead.

An important part of the partner meetings is exchanging experiences and bringing together perspectives from the different ports and organisations involved in Circular Ports. The two days in Tallinn offered plenty of opportunities for discussion, collaboration and planning the next steps of the project.

As part of the programme, the partners also visited Green Marine AS to see waste treatment and material recovery in practice. The visit provided insights into the processing of different waste streams, including construction and demolition waste, bulky waste and end-of-life furniture.

With the next steps and priorities in place, the work now continues across the project.
